Many people get frustrated because they feel they are not achieving success. There are many reasons for this, but one of the most common reasons is that people measure success by what others have. Instead, measuring success is about looking at your own skills and opportunities. It is about what success means to you in your own mind rather than someone else’s.

Listening is an important aspect of success. However, if listening becomes a passive activity, you will never improve your learning curve. When you talk to people in order to learn from them, have a clear and open mind. Understand and absorb everything that is being said so that when the need arises, you can delve into your mind and use the knowledge.

After years as a general dentistry dentist, I decided to specialize in the field cosmetic dentistry. I found this area of dentistry to be extremely interesting. 

Becoming a medical professional is not easy. You have to be interested in your chosen field, develop a passion, be dedicated and educate yourself continuously. New discoveries are constantly being made and you have to keep up with all the new developments.
